Hi! I’m Maddie.
I’m a product designer in Brooklyn, NY. For the last three years I’ve been designing both employee- and customer-facing digital experiences at Nordstrom.
I’ve always loved drawing and doodling, so mapping out design problems in a visual way (featuring a lot of enthusiastic stick figures) is central to my design process.
Previously I was working at Convoy, a digital freight marketplace with the mission of transporting the world with endless capacity and zero waste. I helped truckers find work — specifically, work that is recurring and consistent through the Dedicated Freight program.
Before Convoy I was at Axon for four years, designing experiences for integrated hardware and software systems for law enforcement agencies using body-worn cameras and less-lethal TASER weapons.
